Extension (2007) - Driven by necessity. My first major building project. 6 months
design / planning : 5 months build - mostly single handed. And yes, there are quite a
few things I could have done better but that’s life!
Excluding my labour - everything (extension materials, fitted kitchen, new boiler and
tank, new consumer unit, electrician, gas engineer, hire costs and refit of utility
room) came to £17k.
